The Malik Report: How its nefarious agenda vindicates Israel’s fight as Australia’s and indeed, all of civilisation’s fight.

Dear Mr Ambassador

Back in July last year of 2025, upon the initiative of my close mate Vincent Noviello, we collaborated in writing a letter expressing our support for Israel in the wake of an article by our notorious public broadcaster, the leftist Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) titled “Australia, UK, France and other nations call for immediate end to war in Gaza”.
In it, we conveyed that not all Australians share the views expressed by our nation’s elected representatives. On the contrary, we believed that many citizens of this country would have felt both disheartened and embarrassed by Australia’s endorsement of the joint statement, referenced in the aforementioned article.
The statement, as we saw it, reflected a profound ignorance of the situation on the ground in Gaza. Moreover, it cites few, if any, corroborated sources to substantiate the claims made by Hamas regarding the number of civilian deaths resulting from Israel’s justified military operations.
Ten days later, on the 31st July 2025, we were most proud to receive a thank you letter from your Embassy.
At the time, your Ambassador to Australia was his excellency Amir Maimon, to which I have found you assumed that role in February this year. Last July, I watched your interview with News 24’s Chris Kenny about the rising tide of anti-Semitism in Australia, to which in no small relevant part, I’m curious to know if you are aware of the report titled:
“A National Response to Islamophobia: A Strategic Framework for Inclusion, Safety and Prosperity” (The Malik Report)
… published in September 2025 by Australia’s September 2024 appointed Special Envoy to Combat Islamophobia; Aftab Malik.
On Monday night June 29th 2026, at a Connor Court Publishing Double Book launch at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, I first became aware of this report. At the book launch’s conclusion, just after I engaged one of the author’s in a brief back and forth on his delusions in regard to Islam, I was approached by a gentleman Terry Harding, who handed me his detailed critical review of the Malik Report, which I read over the following three nights, which for me, raised numerous grave concerns with it. In essence, these concerns revolved around raising Islam to at least, a much privileged, bordering on supremacist status within Australia’s entire legal framework. Which in turn, embodies an outright violation of Section 116 of our Constitution.
Then on Saturday the 18th July, I heard on the radio, much to my great alarm, that the Federal government of our Marxist Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, had accepted 35 or almost two-thirds of the Malik Report’s 54 recommendations. The only good thing I found about this, was when a few days later, I became aware that for the time being at least, in contrast to the abject wilful blindness of our AFP commissioner Krissy Barrett in the wake of Bondi, the Federal government rejected Malik’s recommendation to discount the role of religion in terrorist acts.
But one aspect that I found disturbing about this report, which should I feel, deeply concern you as the Israeli Ambassador to my nation, are the abundant references to the FAKE Israeli perpetrated genocide in Gaza post-October 7th, as an added pretext to promote Malik’s agenda towards an Islamo-Orwellian Dystopian future for my country. Which my father, his two sisters and mother left a European continent for in 1950, devastated upon the whim of a Jew Hating Fascist lunatic, admired by his faithful Mufti and Yassar Arafat’s mentor and distant cousin, Mohammed Amin al-Husseini.
And indeed, it was that point among numerous others that I made in a my scathing 24,800 word critique [now 32,000 words] of Malik’s report (itself about 18,000 words), which I am close to completing. I wish to ultimately send it to Aftab Malik’s office, although, I am debating the wisdom in doing so in this environment of growing obsession with so-called “Islamophobia”. But then again Mr. Ambassador, in the words of Dietrich Bonhoeffer; “Silence in the face of evil is evil”. [I have now completed my 302,000 word critique of the Malik Report]
One extraordinary aspect of Malik’s report, is that it mentions the infernal debating cudgel of “Islamophobia” 279 times, but in copious reference to the FAKE Israeli perpetrated genocide in Gaza, it never mentions Hamas!! Moreover, unlike my copious quotations of the Quran and Hadith, Malik’s report is extremely “light-on” in that regard. In my critique, I discuss the origins of the term Islamophobia in my Chapter Three of eight chapters. The two chapters most relevant to your great pivotal Biblical nation are Chapters Two and Four.
In any event Mr. Ambassador, I decided to write this letter to you, and would like to know your thoughts. My critique of the Malik report so far can viewed and downloaded on my website at:

Before closing, I should mention why I am so passionate about Israel, in spite of so many Christians now turning against Israel. It’s because, without Judaism, we would never have had the Jewish [NOT Palestinian] Jesus, and thus by logical extension, never have had Christianity. The Western civilisation of my country Australia, and of my Polish forebears, I look at as “Judeo-Christian Western Civilisation”, which I state abundantly in my critique. On the other hand, Islam, of which Palestinianism is a most virulent vector of, in accordance with its Quran, Hadith and Sharia, as I discussed repeatedly in my critique, is committed to its obliteration. As the great Robert Spencer has said, even an Israel just the size of a postage stamp would be unacceptable to Palestinianism and more generally, to Islam.
